Hi, we’re Brady & Karen Beshear

Born and raised in Wichita Falls, we are high school sweethearts that still call “the Falls” home. We’ve been married 36 years and are blessed with five children who are mostly grown and on their own – AND three grandchildren! We love to hike (pic above is from Colorado), flyfish, and enjoy sunsets together.

We have two Goldendoodles, Ellie and Willow.

This is Ellie. She is our “chill” dog. Nothing much seems to trouble her. She reminds us of how we operate, we are patient and loyal. We don’t let the ups and downs of business get under our skin. 

Willow is our blonde golden doodle. She will catch, or chase and retrieve any ball tossed her direction, and no doubt dreams of chasing and catching balls! We like to think we’re a lot like Willow. We work hard every day as we pursue Win-Win solutions for those we serve.

We have offered housing solutions to folks in Wichita Falls since 2009.
